Invite a person
If you are an administrator for an organisation, you can invite someone to become a member of your organisation.
If the person does not have an Objective Build profile, then you can invite them using the Invite people option.
If the person has already joined Objective Build, use the Invite organisation option.
When someone joins your organisation, they retain their separate profile, but their applications, consents, contacts and templates are merged into your organisation's applications, consents, contacts and templates.
Important Note
This will add the person as a member of your organisation, giving them access to all organisation data (all applications, consents, contacts and templates).
Consider adding the person as a participant on applications instead, if you want only to collaborate on applications.

Open your
Organisation page. -
Select Actions | + Invite people to open the Invite to organisation dialog.

You must provide the person's email address, first name and last name.

Select Invite.
Objective Build sends an invitation to the person's email address.
You can see the invitation in your
Invited page as 
.When the person selects the invitation link, they must then provide a password and accept the registration conditions. They are then a member of your organisation.
